How does page billing work?
1 analysed page = 1 credit. A 12-page PDF will use 12 credits. Subscriptions include a monthly volume; credit packs let you buy credits without a subscription.
Can I try before paying?
Yes. You can analyse up to 10 pages for free, with no sign-up or credit card required. Then create an account to access subscriptions and packs.
How do I change plans or cancel?
From your Subscription page, you can change plans or cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Do credits expire?
Credits purchased via a pack remain available as long as your account is active. Credits included in a subscription are renewed each month.
