How do you protect my data?
Your documents are treated as sensitive data: encrypted communications (HTTPS/TLS), restricted internal access, and best-practice security measures. The goal is to prevent data leaks and facilitate GDPR compliance.
Are my invoices sent to external AI services?
No. Your documents are used solely to produce your extraction and exports. They are not resold, and are not used to train public models.
Where is the data hosted?
Hosted in France (or EU if needed), with configurable retention based on your usage. You can request deletion, within the limits of legal obligations.
How does page billing work?
1 analysed page = 1 credit. A 12-page PDF will use 12 credits. Subscriptions include a monthly volume; credit packs let you buy credits without a subscription.
What formats do you accept?
PDF (single or multi-page), images (JPG, PNG) from scans or photos. The tool handles imperfect documents. For best results, use 200-300 DPI resolution.
Can I delete my documents?
Yes. You stay in control of your data: delete documents, exports, or your entire account. We apply the data minimisation principle.
How are Excel exports structured?
Exports in XLSX and/or CSV with normalised columns (vendor, date, number, net, VAT, total, currency). Easy import into your accounting, ERP or audit tools.
