A tool built for professionals handling invoice volumes
Automatic extraction of amounts, dates, VAT, invoice numbers and vendors, even from imperfect scans.
Structured results (XLSX/CSV): vendor, date, net, VAT, total, references. Easy import into accounting, ERP or audit files.
Hosted in France, encrypted communications (HTTPS), restricted access. No data resale, no sending to public AI services.
Volume management, traceable exports, audit/CFO/firm usage. Integration options and dedicated support available.
Our GPU servers are rented on demand and put on standby outside of analyses, with no overprovisioning. Power exactly when you need it, zero waste the rest of the time. A deliberate trade-off: a brief warm-up delay against an infrastructure that does not run for nothing.

Three pillars that guide how Billify is designed every day
Hosted in France, encrypted communications, restricted access. Your documents never leave the perimeter you have chosen.
Data minimisation, right to deletion, traceability. We treat your documents the way we would want ours to be treated.
Our GPU servers are rented on demand and put on standby outside of analyses, with no machine running for nothing. Responsible AI by design, to limit our energy footprint.
Everything you need to know about Billify
Your documents are treated as sensitive data: encrypted communications (HTTPS/TLS), restricted internal access, and best-practice security measures. The goal is to prevent data leaks and facilitate GDPR compliance.
No. Your documents are used solely to produce your extraction and exports. They are not resold, and are not used to train public models.
Hosted in France (or EU if needed), with configurable retention based on your usage. You can request deletion, within the limits of legal obligations.
1 analysed page = 1 credit. A 12-page PDF will use 12 credits. Subscriptions include a monthly volume; credit packs let you buy credits without a subscription.
PDF (single or multi-page), images (JPG, PNG) from scans or photos. The tool handles imperfect documents. For best results, use 200-300 DPI resolution.
Yes. You stay in control of your data: delete documents, exports, or your entire account. We apply the data minimisation principle.
Exports in XLSX and/or CSV with normalised columns (vendor, date, number, net, VAT, total, currency). Easy import into your accounting, ERP or audit tools.
We limit our digital footprint by renting GPU servers on demand, rather than keeping machines running 24/7. Outside of analysis periods, the servers are put on standby — which can add a brief warm-up delay when launching the first analysis, the time it takes to "wake up" the GPUs. It's a deliberate trade-off: a small wait against an infrastructure that does not run for nothing. Our data is also hosted in France.
